Me again, my bald cypress is also not looking healthy. I have more than these two trees, so all my trees are not dying. In the last day or so, the leaves have began to wilt, and become brittle. A few have turned brown but not many at all. Any suggestions?

If you didn't have it last year, you may not have noticed that it is a deciduous tree which loses its needles in winter unlike most other needle bearing ones. They are very partial to water of course which you probably know. Lets hope that its just Autumn approaching. The species is more popular on your side of the Atlantic and I'm sure that you will get more help from nearer to home. Incidentally, I just obtained my first one so my knowledge is only from talking to people and reading books about them.

My guess is the amount of water that you have in the pots. My outdoor trees get watered daily, if that's any help to you. And we are getting into the autumn season and thing do start to slow down and die off until next spring.
