good news and a question

for the very first time, one of my cutting has decided to grow. I have a nectarine cutting (from a branch that is about 10 years old) that has just begun to blossom.

I took the cutting in late December and did not expect this to happen. Should I be applying fertilizer? Dilute rooting hormone?

i would avoid feeding for now and use some superthive.

Once the cutting starts to grow more leaves then I would start to fertilize it.
