How do you bend trunk/branches??

i bought a small pepper tree and the trunk is strait, wanted to give it a small bend, but don't know how or even if i can?

also some branches, there easier as they are soft so they will bend with wire?

its about 12mm

some branches on my serissa are quite tough too which i want to bend a tad.

the good Branch's at the top have also been chopped, so they don't "lead" anywhere unfortunately,
