|

| I recently received an amazing serissa foetida as a gift. I've had it three days and small amounts of leaves have been turning yellow and dropping each day. I know this type of tree can be picky about location so I haven't moved since it was given to me. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions on how to help this tree. Thanks for your time and interest, Jeff |

It is probably dropping its leaves because it has been moved to a new location. This is normal for Serissas as they do not liked being moved at all. As long as you keep it warm, make sure the soil is damp at all times and it gets good light (watch out for direct mid-day sun light if it is positioned on a windowsill as it can burn the leaves) and out of drafts it should be ok. Just bear in mind that serissas are extremely difficult tree, for for the professionals. In the meantime read up as much as you can. On this forum you will be able to find many threads offering information on serissas.
Good luck,

| Thanks for the info...I checked out the A-Z listings and there is a lot of great information in it as well. With a little TLC and luck I'm sure I'll be alright |
