Mmmmm doesn't have a lot of branches to work with realy. It looks like it was supposed to be broom style but hasn't quite made it. Have you an idea of what shape you would like to achieve? I am thinking maybe informal upright and making a new leader.
I am not very experienced so wait for some of the more experienced to answer you.
Regards

| yeah informal upright with new leader is what i thought, there seems to be a nice angle on one new leader which i have marked in red on the right |

Personally, I would cut the main stem at more of an angle so it isn't such a straight chop. It will take some time to get this into better shape and the branches to thicken but with patience you should be able to have a nice little tree there.

| yes, i was too also thinkiing about taking a little of the top again because it is so "in your face" and a bit of an angle would help. but by doing that i would lose some branchs |

You can always grow more branches. The top won't fix itself. It's a work in progress so it doesn't have to look terrific constantly. sometimes while training a tree it spends some serious time being ugly. |

You could certainly neaten up the stub at the top.
The right red line could well be the best.
I would wait to see how it develops. Just let the lower branches grow. In a few months look to see what promises to be a new top then. |
