Hi all!

I just wanted to report that my Serissa is starting to bloom! It's got a white flower about halfway open now, and about 10-12 other buds elsewhere. I have yet (hopefully never) to see leaf drop either. Perhaps I have an unusually hardy/happy/not insane one? Or maybe it likes me? Rolling Eyes Regardless, I'll post a picture in here in a few days after more of the flowers open up so everybody can see. I'm getting the light bulb tomorrow so that might make it happier too.

Thanks again for all your help! I'm so happy that it's doing so well!

Excellent news, Fyrefly. You said in your first post that your involvement with your tree sounded like a relationship - obviously, it's reciprocated!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

They can flower sporadically throughout the year, given the right conditions, which gives rise to the common name. Did you know it's called "Tree of a Thousand Stars"?

Cheers
Carol

P.S. A short post this time!! Rolling Eyes Wink
