Anyone know if it's tomorrow (Saturday) or Sunday. Or both?

Yes I went. It was good. Only two clubs exhibiting, the rest all sales. I didn't take any photos, except of the Pepper Tree I bought (I'll start a new thread for that).

Why do they call these things "Expos"? What is an "Expo" anyway? Something American? Can someone from the US elucidate. It wasn't much different from the Bonsai Boot Fair at Birmingham Botanical Gardens the month before, a few more traders (some of the slightly higher standsard/more expensive sort) and the two clubs with their little displays.

High-faluting titles makes the show sound grander than it is, I suppose! Smile I think of Symposiums as functions where people stay in hotels and meet up for lectures, etc.

It can mean a public showing of objects of interest, so its a legitimate use of the word, in that way.

Look forward to seeing the pepper tree.

Penny Smile
