rapeseed fertilizer cakes

has anyone ever tried rapeseed cakes,have a small bag of them not sure how many to use per plant.my trees are mostly small to medium size.i use liquid feed at the moment just wondering if its worth trying these

I've used them and they work pretty well. Generally, with a tree in an 8 inch (20 cm) pot, one on each side of the tree on the edge of the pot willl be sufficient. For small pots, one cake will be all right.
