Japanese Cedar, Deutzia, Eleagnus, Enkianthus, Corylus, All Cypress, Katsura, Hornbeam, Camellia, Buxus, Rosemary, Bamboo, Firs, Junipers etc. These immediately spring to mind but many others are happy in your conditions.
When considering Acers, the trident and Amur are not as susceptible to sun scorch.
Your North facing site presents fewer problems than you think. I purposely keep some of my trees on the North side of the house even though the garden proper faces South. Honestly.
