I bought my first bonsai tree a couple weeks ago. I have a few books on it aznd thought I was doing everythging right but a few leaves have started turning yellow and dying. I have been watering it a little everyday and have it by the window in the northern side of my house. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Please read the above sticky thread and come back with the asked for info. At this point I'm guessing you have either a juniper and it's dying because it's indoors or a serissa and it's dying because that's what they do. Without any information we really can't give you any case specific help.

We would really need to know what type of tree you have before addressing an answer to your quesiton.
