You may have noticed that there are less topics in the Talk Bonsai Forums today. This is a result of topic pruning.
This will be a regular occurence. Pruning is carried out only on the Talk Bonsai board every 7 days and deletes any topics that have not had any replies within the last 90 days.
This helps us clear some of the questions out and make room for new ones. It also helps to maintain a healthy database so we can continue to deliver our pages fast.
If you have any questions please see our FAQ at
http://www.bonsaihelp.co.uk/faq.php#50
If you can't find an answer to your question about our topic pruning please ask!
Thanks |

Please don't, old threads can be really useful, its much quicker to use the search feature to check if a question has been asked before rather then having the same question asked over and over again.
Also some of the guys spend a long time writing very detailed replies to questions, its a shame for these to be lost. |

I'm one of those who writes long replies to some questions. Most of those questions have also been posed by registered members and have been answered in those forums that subscribed member view regularly.
So pruning them in Talk Bonsai is not really a loss for those who register and continue to ask good questions seeking answers. Posts are not at all pruned in the registered areas of the forum.
Plus the photos of member trees is a great place to see what others are doing on the Show Us Yours forum. You can learn so much from being registered. If you are not, please consider this an invitation to join our "cyber-bonsai club." |

| As I said, most questions on the Talk Bonsai forum are answered and archived for registered members elsewhere. |
