Hi there.
I am living in London UK (N7) though I am from London Canada (ironically).
It has been years since I have done any Bonsai training and will probably be popping in from time to time for some tips.
First item, WHERE ARE THE BONSAI SHOPS IN LONDON!! I have been searching and found nothing. Booo...
A bit more help...
I am going to train a tree for a deer friend of mine so they have a long lasting thing to remember me by - when I go back to the best country in the world! Now, the person is very diligent, so I can trust them to water and feed and such (and they want to have a baby in any case!). I want to find a nice pot and pick a good tree. What I used to do is go to a usual greenhouse and find some old, tired looking thing in the back and get it for less than half price (not to mention that there were already pretty mature). After I chopped 70% of the tree off anyways you couldn't tell. I also need some wire, any ideas? It's gotta look good, it's for a woman (does that matter) designer (certainly matters). I am not sure on the best trees here, she has plenty of outdoor and indoor space and a cellar, hard to believe in London!
Any help would be great. I am really excited to get back into this. All this time at school has stripped me of all my Bonsai knowledge, so will be interesting.
Hello everyone and thanks. |
