| I am finding that I am having a bit or growth in my pots. The are small, green, dual-leaved shoots in the soil. I do not have a picture, hence my digital is broken. Does anyone have an idea what these could be? If they're good or bad? |

| Its nothing to get to worried about, sounds like they are weeds just starting to sprout, They should be quiet easy to pull out with your fingers, if not a pair of tweezers should do the job. Make sure to get as much of the root out as possible |

Is it possible they could be liverworts? Lying flat on the soil surface, quite a dark shiny green, rather soft and easily broken when you try to pick them off, no real roots but lots of fine hairs underneath? They are dependent on very damp conditions, and are a sign that your soil is too wet.
I thought this would be worth mentioning, just in case - if you do have them you should perhaps revise your watering routine a bit.
