Don't know about nutrient values, but certainly people use used tea-leaves to acidify soil slightly

As Jim said, it will make the soil slightly acidic, but it will also compost and decay to provide some nutrient value.

First of all, the best place to use it would be for azaleas, rhododendrons, camelias, etc., because they like and acidic soil. I wouldn't use it just anywhere, but for those that can stand it, it's a good thing.
